Axial Fan Solutions
Ideal for heating, ventilating, and air conditioning. Our range spans highly-efficient, plastic-bladed aerofoil fans up to 1m in diameter for general extraction, to heavy-duty metal-bladed fans up to 2m for high-temperature duties.
Casings are produced in mild steel as standard. Totally enclosed motors fitted to a minimum IP55 protection. Hazardous/High-temp motors available on request.
Bifurcated
The motor is securely contained in a centre pod entirely out of the airstream, driven by an extended shaft. Perfect for exhausting contaminated air, smoke, dust, and steam.
Belt Driven
The outer casing completely covers the overall length of the impeller and the belt drive assembly. Motors typically do not project beyond the casing flanges.
Shortcase
The casing covers the impeller only. Primarily used in environments where extended ducting is not required. Motor/impeller guards provided upon request.
Longcase
Covers the entire length of the impeller and motor assembly. An external terminal box is securely fitted to the top of the casing for easy electrical access.
Centrifugal Fan Range
The Discus centrifugal range scales from 140mm to 2000mm in diameter, with individual models tailored to specific industrial requirements. From dust-free clean rooms to heavy dust handling and hot gases, our non-overloading and self-cleaning ranges ensure maximum efficiency.
